PG has recently changed all domestic fare rules which only allowed PG domestic sectors to be issued on a separate ticket, that is, through fare for itinerary HKG CX BKK PG usm PG BKK CX HKG can no longer be quoted, bkkusm on PG must be issued on a separate ticket and no spa shall apply.
The reason being, fuel surcharge is now required by the thai government to be included in all fares for domestic services, gds is not ready to omit such quotation when interlines are involved, therefore, in order not to double charge, PG has decided to amend the fare rule and only allow separate tickets to be issued.
To overcome such issue, have discussed with pricing and agreed to file our own fare for Thailand domestic points, eg a CX/KA fare for hkgusm vv. per pricing, the process could be finished before jun10, until such then, all itinerary involving PG domestic sectors must be issued on a separate ticket.
For the time being, you may consider to uplift all pg domestic from your fare sheets and reinstate once the fare filing is completed. Kindly inform all concerned parties and we shall revert once the fare filing is done.
